I'm a Certified Professional Coach at VOCA Center, whose mission is to bring God’s wisdom to the dilemmas people face at work. I understand the dilemmas facing non-profit and ministry leaders through my past experience in community-based work and church planting & ministry. I am committed to creating a safe and disarming space for leaders to process the mental clutter.
My active listening skills and powerful questions help leaders identify what they want and what’s holding them back. I guide leaders toward a clear vision and path to new career opportunities and job satisfaction, tools to manage setbacks, and the confidence to move forward. I have worked with leaders from Accenture, Paychex, The Knight Foundation, KIPP Charter Schools, and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.
